الإيجار الخاص

- إيجار القوارب من Deep Blue يشمل دائماً الوقود والكابتن المرخص والطاقم وأدوات السلامة والإسعافات الأولية وتأمين الحوادث.

- نظراً للجداول الزمنية الضيقة، سيارات الأجرة التي طلبناها للنقل عادة ما تنتظر 15 دقيقة كحد أقصى. إذا اضطروا إلى إلغاء أمر النقل، فسيفرضون المبلغ الكامل على أي حال وسيتعين على العميل ترتيب نقل آخر بمفردهم.

التنفيذ
- تحتفظ Deep Blue بالحق في تغيير المسارات ومواقع الاستلام والتسليم إذا اقتضت ظروف الطقس أو أسباب مشروعة أخرى ذلك.
- الكابتن مسؤول دائماً وله سلطة صنع القرار النهائية. السلامة تأتي أولاً.
- في حالة السلوك الخاطئ الذي يعرض السلامة للخطر أو إلحاق الضرر بالممتلكات، يحق للكابتن مقاطعة الرحلة أو إنهاؤها فوراً. وفقاً للقانون التايلاندي، سيتم رفض صعود الأشخاص تحت تأثير الكحول / المخدرات. في هذه الحالة، تبقى التزامات دفع العميل.
- يجب على الركاب اتباع جميع تعليمات الطاقم على الفور وبدون تأخير. وينطبق هذا أيضاً على ارتداء سترات النجاة. خارج المناطق التي تسيطر عليها وزارة الشؤون البحرية، يُنصح بارتداء سترات النجاة المقدمة في جميع الأوقات.
- يمكن رفض الوصول إلى السفن والأرصفة دون سبب إذا اعتبره الطاقم ضرورياً، على سبيل المثال فيما يتعلق بالسعة أو السلامة أو النظام العام أو خطر الضرر أو الإزعاج الوشيك.
- يُتوقع من الراكب العناية بالبيئة وعدم التخلص من النفايات في الماء. يجب التخلص من جميع الاستهلاك الشخصي والنفايات المرتبطة به في الحاويات المناسبة المتاحة على القارب.
- في حالة الأخطاء الواضحة في المعلومات المنشورة، تحتفظ Deep Blue بالحق في تصحيح هذه الأخطاء دون مسؤولية. تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام بموجب القانون التايلاندي. أي نزاعات تخضع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في فوكيت، تايلاند.
المسؤولية
- Deep Blue غير مسؤولة عن الضرر و/أو فقدان ممتلكات الركاب. يتحمل الركاب جميع ممتلكاتهم على متن الطائرة على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة.
- جميع الجولات المحجوزة مع Deep Blue مؤمنة ضد حوادث القوارب. بخلاف ذلك، Deep Blue غير مسؤولة عن أي إصابة شخصية أو ضرر بالممتلكات من أي نوع، بغض النظر عن السبب، قبل أو أثناء أو نتيجة الرحلة. لا ينطبق هذا على الأضرار الناجمة عن القصد أو الإهمال الجسيم من جانب Deep Blue. يقتصر التعويض القانوني على سعر إيجار القارب للرحلة المعنية.

- يكون الضيوف مسؤولين عن أي ضرر يلحقونه بالعناصر / السلع المستخدمة من قبل Deep Blue أو أطراف ثالثة.
- جميع أنشطة الشاطئ والمياه التي ينظمها Deep Blue تتم على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.
- الأطفال من مسؤولية الآباء. يُطلب من الأطفال تحت سن 4 سنوات الجلوس على أحضان والديهم.
- إذا لم تكن Deep Blue قادرة على الامتثال لالتزاماتهم بسبب قوة قاهرة، فلا يوجد حق في الاسترداد أو التعويض، بل سيتم استرجاع المبالغ المدفوعة وفقاً لقسم رسوم معالجة الدفع أدناه.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT IN FULL
Once we have received a deposit of at least 50% of the total price (including taxes) for the offer you have approved, we can confirm the booking.
The balance is due no later than 7 days before departure, in some cases 14 days before departure (depending on the logistics and the yacht).
If you prefer to be on the safe side and pay the balance at boarding, please pay in cash in Thai Baht. Foreign currencies only by prior arrangement.
PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
When paying by credit card, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods, a payment processing fee is charged to cover costs imposed by third-party payment providers. This fee is non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations initiated by Deep Blue due to weather or technical reasons. Payment processing fees are charged by independent financial institutions and cannot be recovered by Deep Blue once a transaction has been processed.
Customers who wish to avoid payment processing fees may pay by bank transfer or wise.com (no fee), or in cash in Thai Baht at boarding (balance only).
CANCELLATION BY DEEP BLUE (www.phuket-yacht.private-speedboat.com)
- If it is not possible to safely complete the booked tour due to a technical problem or dangerous weather conditions (predicted by the Marine Department Thailand), we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the charter price paid. Please note: payment processing fees (credit card, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable as these costs are incurred by third-party providers regardless of whether the tour takes place. See Payment Processing Fees above.
- As an alternative to a cash refund, customers may opt for a credit voucher for the full charter amount (including the payment processing fee), valid for 12 months from the original booking date. Vouchers can be applied to any charter operated by Deep Blue.
CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER
The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that both parties consider the booking to be binding.
Therefore, in the event of a unilateral termination of the contract (cancellation) by the customer, not in all cases a refund of the deposit is possible. This depends in particular on the booking lead times and the possibility of compensating for the loss through new bookings:
Speedboat:
- Cancellation up to 1 month before departure: full refund *
- Cancellation up to 3 days before departure: 25% refund *
Motor Yacht / Sailing Yacht / Power Catamaran:
- Cancellation up to 3 months before departure: full refund *
- Cancellation up to 1 month before departure: 25% refund *
(less all payments for booked third-party services)
Party boat / Super Yacht:
- A refund of payments for Party-Boat and Super Yacht rental is generally not possible, as a loss of sales cannot be compensated for within several weeks under normal conditions.
- Payments for booked services from third-party providers**:
- Cancellation up to 3 months before departure: full refund
- Cancellation up to 1 month before departure: 25% refund
Travel cancellation insurance
Since extraordinary incidents of force majeure (such events include, for example, personal illness or pandemic, closure of borders or airports, war or riots, etc.) can make a cancellation unavoidable, but have the same effect as a normal cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Or check whether third-party services are covered by the cancellation insurance that is already included in your flight ticket.
Since we issue official invoices, recognition has never been a problem.
